00 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to support indoor facility maintenance or outdoor groundskeeping operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and enjoys a variety of maintenance responsibilities. Responsibilities Facility Maintenance Perform minor building repairs, including fixing locks, replacing light bulbs, and general upkeep. Complete routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the facility. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Identify and report maintenance, facility, or safety concerns. Grounds & Outdoor Maintenance Mow, trim, weed-eat, and maintain landscaped areas. Keep parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor areas clean and free of debris. Operate and maintain equipment such as tractors, mowers, and other maintenance machinery. Assist with general building maintenance and exterior repairs. Perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment. Qualifications Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, manufacturing, or related experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and repair skills. Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Experience operating tractors, mowers, or similar equipment is a plus. Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment.
