Job Description

I. Position Description The purpose of this position is to operate powered and non-powered tools to fabricate and assemble anodes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate powered and non-powered tools to fabricate and assemble anodes. Installs, removes, and inspects anodes during (End Processing) Keep work area clean of debris and trash Follow all Standard Work Instructions. Inspect all assigned equipment and report any defects to the appropriate supervisor. Inspects and ensures product meets customer requirements Final packaging and Identification (Stamping) per customer drawings Adhere to all hazardous waste practices as reflected in the annual training Other duties as assigned II.
Pre-Hire Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience 1+ years experience in manufacturing or construction operation Able to operate powered and non-powered tools Read, write, and speak English III.

Environmental training applicable to the job Safety Training for applicable equipment Job instructional training Quality system familiarization-ISO 9001 Objectives, Policies, and Procedures
ISO 14001

familiarization, hazards and risks, program objectives, goals, Policies, and Procedures Attain OSHA 30 Hour credentials IV. Physical Requirements & Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, tightening and loosening grip or feel objects, tools, or controls; gripping and twist on the hands and wrist to tighten clamps by hand repetitively and relieve the tighten clam by hand and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee continually works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.
