We're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support CNC manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers and production teams to operate CNC equipment, support quality initiatives, and help ensure precision manufacturing standards are met. What You'll Do:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment Identify and report quality issues, machine malfunctions, and safety concerns Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Job RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:
High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of CNC machine operation experience 1+ years of experience reading blueprints and technical drawings Basic understanding of G-code programming and CNC controls Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to troubleshoot and support manufacturing processesWhat Sets You Apart:
Previous experience supporting manufacturing process improvements Experience working in lean manufacturing environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to support engineers with testing, calibration, and experimentsAdditional Information:
