• Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing of modular homes where you will play a crucial role in the full-scale production of modular home parts. As a Production Technician, you will support secondary operations across various departments and assist in the assembly of components.
• Responsibilities
• + Assist in the paint department with the preparation and painting of parts.

+ Support the beams/wall department in the assembly and installation of structural components. + Contribute to the glass/window department by assembling and installing glass components. + Work within the electrical department to assist in the installation and testing of electrical systems. + Utilize hand tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude to support manufacturing and production activities. + Maintain high standards of attendance and a positive attitude.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in assembly and general production. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of manufacturing processes. + Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

• Work Environment

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gardena, CA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
