Your work will impact production tooling, equipment reliability, and new product introductions while collaborating with engineering, operations, and facilities teams. This is an onsite role working first shift, Monday-Friday with flexible start times (6:00am-4:30pm window). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Provide expertise to develop and improve engineering solutions for manufacturing new and existing products Create, upgrade, monitor, and maintain production tools, equipment, and limited infrastructure Use established procedures to analyze issues, make judgments, and implement solutions Exchange technical information clearly and verify understanding with stakeholders Support facilities and equipment maintenance as needed Work within standardized procedures, requirements, and safety policies to meet objectives and deadlines Maintain organized records of work performed and exercise independent judgment on matters of significance Be available for occasional nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience Factory / machine shop equipment maintenance experience (high need) Advanced fabrication and assembly skills including MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal work Advanced knowledge of industrial systems: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, high-pressure compressed gas, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to identify problems, formulate solutions, and execute them Ability to create and maintain project timelines, priorities, and goals Able to read, follow, and create documents, schematics, and blueprints Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field High school diploma or equivalent Here's What Else Might Help You Out Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools Demonstrated teamwork, role-model behavior, and ability to promote positive change Pay Range $32.00 - $40.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
