Temp-to-Hire We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician IV to assemble, manufacture, and refurbish complex products, components, and sub-assemblies. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, has strong technical skills, and enjoys being a go-to resource on the manufacturing floor. What's In It For You? $23-$28/hour , based on experience Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No weekends Temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work with complex products and assemblies Build technical skills across multiple product families Work independently and take ownership of production tasks Opportunity to serve as a subject-matter expert and resource for the manufacturing team What You'll Do Assemble, manufacture, and refurbish complex components and products Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, torque drivers, and hex wrenches Perform detailed assembly tasks including trimming materials and applying labels Work with adhesives, oils, power tools, and moving parts as needed Use ERP systems, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Confluence to track work and documentation Manage multiple production tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines Produce high-quality assemblies across multiple areas of the manufacturing line Maintain quality, safety, and production standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of related experience Strong understanding of manufacturing products and processes Ability to work independently and serve as a technical resource Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills Experience with multiple manufacturing areas or product families preferred Ready to take your manufacturing skills to the next level?
