Position Description Applied Navigation is looking to grow the manufacturing team in Sagle, ID. An ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and is excited to help refine processes. Duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for following standard operating procedures and other technical documentation for product test and assembly Execute product testing, calibration, and assembly Support Manufacturing and Engineering to develop and refine assembly processes and instructions for new and existing products Work with manufacturing to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Assist production operations in material handling (pick, kit, and pack orders) Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Support Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing; inspection, evaluation, and troubleshooting Requirements/Education Associate degree (or equivalent professional experience) Ability to lift 35lbs 2+ years' experience with embedded hardware, semiconductor, or electronics assembly/manufacturing Ability to handle delicate parts and assemblies; experience with safe ESD handling Ability to read and understand work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills to work across departments (in person and via email, slack, or telephone) Beneficial experience (not required) Experience in aerospace, defense electronics, or high-tech manufacturing (AS9100) Knowledge of inventory control Experience with purchasing, planning, or supply chain management Compensation/Benefits In addition to pay, Applied Navigation provides sick leave, volunteer leave, personal time off (PTO), and paid holidays.
