$21.00- $26.00 per hourHours:
1:45 PM - 10:15 PM Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly line operations. As a Line Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly and fabrication of products, utilizing your skills to observe, run and troubleshoot technical issues on our Soft pack line. Duties Work as part of a team. Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Insert rolls, place tape, monitor quality, etc. Operate various hand tools to fabricate parts as needed. Maintain an organized workspace within the factory environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow and productivity. Perform routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs. Ensure quality. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Work with the Line Lead and considered an expert of the Softpack line. Skills Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks, troubleshooting and maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
