Hours:

1:45 PM - 10:15 PM What You'll Do Lead and supervise daily operations of your assigned production line. Ensure production goals are met for output, quality, and efficiency. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team success. Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with management, quality, and maintenance teams. Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and support smooth operations. What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of production workflows, quality checks, and safety practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
