Hiring Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment. Apply Today!
Pay:
$ 25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Benefits:

1:45 PM - 10:15
PM Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.
Work Orders & Documentation:
Complete assigned work orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Report recurring equipment problems to the Production Supervisor for evaluation.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with line leads and production teams to coordinate maintenance activities. Communicate machine status updates and potential delays. Assist in training production staff on proper equipment use and minor maintenance tasks.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Ensure maintenance work is performed in compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Identify and report safety hazards and work to resolve them promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production maintenance role. Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read technical manuals and diagrams. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Experience with preventative maintenance programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing and production floor setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and various temperatures. Hands-on, fast-paced environment requiring physical activity and safety awareness. Responsibilities may change as business needs dictate. Join us Today!
