is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support reliable, safe operation of our manufacturing lines. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and help reduce downtime in a high-volume food environment. You'll work closely with operations in a collaborative, safety-first culture focused on continuous improvement, quality, and customer service, with opportunities to grow your skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Follow safety, quality, and food safety procedures and documentation Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and complete work orders Maintain maintenance records, logs, and parts usage Assist with equipment changeovers and line setups Participate in root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures Required Skills Industrial equipment maintenance Mechanical troubleshooting Basic electrical systems Pneumatics and hydraulics PLC familiarity Preventive maintenance (PM) Reading schematics and technical manuals Welding and fabrication basics Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures CMMS usage and documentation
