TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance professional to support reliable, safe operation of our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime. You'll work closely with production and quality teams in a collaborative, performance-driven environment focused on safety, food quality, and continuous improvement, contributing directly to operational excellence and customer value. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement timely repairs Support production uptime by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns Follow safety, quality, and food-safety procedures and documentation requirements Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve reliability Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts usage Participate in continuous improvement and root-cause problem-solving activities Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and line upgrades Required Skills Industrial equipment maintenance Mechanical troubleshooting Basic electrical maintenance PLC/controls familiarity Preventive maintenance planning Reading technical schematics Pneumatic and hydraulic systems CMMS/work order systems Lockout/Tagout procedures Food manufacturing GMPs
