Operate equipment and machinery used in the production and assembly of medical devices. Follow batch records, work instructions, SOPs, and GMP guidelines to ensure consistent product quality. Perform visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products. Accurately record production data, including quantities, lot numbers, and inspection results. Assist with line setup, changeovers, and cleaning of production areas. Identify and report non-conformances or deviations from quality standards to supervisors. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve production issues. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures and protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or vocational education is a plus. Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage etc.) preferred. Understanding of
GMP, ISO
13485, or FDA regulations is desirable. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate small tools and machinery. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
