In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment used in the manufacturing of solar cells and panels. Pay:

$27.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues Document maintenance activities and repair work accurately Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications:

Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or related field would be a major plus as a candidate. 1-3 years of manufacturing maintenance or equipment repair experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical documents and follow maintenance procedures Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is a plus Ability to work various shifts, including weekends as needed Work in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment supporting the future of renewable energy.
