You will utilize your technical skills to monitor equipment performance, maintain production flow, and uphold rigorous quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of production machinery, including carton makers, sealers, and palletizers, to ensure optimal output. Perform minor equipment adjustments and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize line efficiency. Maintain accurate production logs and quality inspection reports to ensure data integrity and process compliance. Proactively monitor the production environment for safety hazards and strictly adhere to all operational safety protocols. Manage raw material inventory levels at the line to prevent supply interruptions and maintain continuous production. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address technical issues and perform relief duties across various production areas as needed. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Demonstrated ability to operate and monitor multiple manufacturing machines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise quality control standards. Effective communication skills for reporting production status and issues. Preferred Skills Associate's degree in a related technical field. 4+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations. Previous experience in a leadership or project management capacity. Proficiency with MES or similar order management software systems.
