Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Starting pay depends on experience and ability, with opportunities for advancement as you learn additional equipment and processes.

  • 10:00 What You'll Do This is a hands-on manufacturing position with a variety of responsibilities.
Depending on your training and the day's production schedule, you may: Operate, set up, adjust, and re-tool production equipment. Work on bottling and packaging lines, including filling, capping, labeling, packing, and palletizing. Learn to operate multiple pieces of production equipment and workstations. Assist with bulk liquid blending and other production processes. Fill and handle drums, totes, and other bulk containers. Operate a forklift to move materials and support production lines. What We're Looking For We're more interested in ability, dependability, and willingness to learn than having years of manufacturing experience.
Ideal candidates will have:
High school diploma or GED. Mechanical aptitude and a general knowledge of tools. Strong attendance and dependability. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Basic computer skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn different equipment and production processes. Flexibility to help in different areas as production needs change. Employees who demonstrate strong ability, reliability, and initiative will have opportunities to learn more advanced operations and take on additional responsibility.
