Production Line Operator (2nd Shift) 2:00pm•10:30pm)
Production Line Operator•2nd
Key ResponsibilitiesPackage and label finished products according to customer and company specifications.
Assemble boxes, cartons, trays, and other packaging materials for production runs.
Verify product codes, lot numbers, labels, and packaging components before and during production.
Conduct routine quality checks on product appearance, package integrity, weights, and labeling accuracy.
Report product quality concerns, damaged packaging, or production issues immediately to supervisors.
Record production counts and other required documentation accurately and completely.
Assist with line setup, changeovers, and end-of-shift cleanup activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area at all times.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company procedures.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety rules.
Support team goals by helping with palletizing, staging materials, and preparing orders for shipment.
Assist in training new team members as directed by management.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, packaging, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic English communication skills required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
Exposure to cold storage areas and varying warehouse temperatures.

This role is responsible for assembling, packing, labeling, inspecting, and palletizing products while maintaining food safety, quality, and productivity standards.
