Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM•6:30 AMRole SummaryThe Production Line Operator supports overnight co-packing and packaging operations for Jessie & Ben's frozen french fry products. This position is responsible for packaging, labeling, palletizing, and performing quality inspections while ensuring food safety standards are maintained throughout the shift. The operator works closely with supervisors and team members to complete production schedules efficiently and accurately.

Key ResponsibilitiesPackage finished products according to customer specifications and production schedules.

Label, inspect, and verify packaging materials and finished goods for accuracy.

Assemble packaging materials and maintain a steady flow of product through the packaging process.

Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging components.

Identify and report any product defects, equipment issues, or food safety concerns.

Complete required production records and documentation accurately.

Assist with nightly line setup, product changeovers, and sanitation activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and surrounding areas.

Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.

Properly use and maintain assigned PPE.Assist with palletizing, inventory movement, and staging materials as needed.

Support continuous improvement efforts and work collaboratively with team members.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in food packaging, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or co-packing preferred.

Ability to work independently during overnight operations.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Basic mathematical and organizational skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Working ConditionsWarehouse and food production environment.

Evening and overnight schedules.

Prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks.

Exposure to cold storage areas and varying warehouse temperatures.

Compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and PPE requirements is mandatory.
