Job Description

Grace Engineering and G5 Outdoors are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing equipment and facility running safely, reliably, and efficiently. We operate a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment with CNC mills, lathes, Swiss machines, automation, and supporting equipment. We're looking for someone who is mechanically capable, dependable, and enjoys figuring out problems and getting equipment back up and running. What you'll Do Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and manufacturing equipment Perform preventative maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, Swiss machines, compressors, pumps, and other plant equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems Repair and replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, valves, sensors, switches, and other components Assist with machine installations, moves, and equipment upgrades Perform general facility maintenance as needed Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Maintain maintenance records and identify recurring equipment issues Work closely with production, engineering, and outside service technicians Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics CNC machine maintenance experience strongly preferred Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical diagrams Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment Welding and fabrication experience is a plus PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently Dependable and willing to take ownership of problems The Kind of Person Who Fits Here You don't need to know everything. Industrial Maintenance:
2+ years preferred
CNC Machine Maintenance:

Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
