Currently we are hiring a Line Technician to join our team in St Louis. This is a first shift pattern Monday to Friday 5am to 1.30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Conducting preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions. Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. Collaborating with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules. Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicating effectively with the operations team to address maintenance needs and coordinate work schedules.

Requirements:

3 years hands-on experience working as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial environment essential 1 year of experience troubleshooting and working with low to high (480V) voltage Circuits, Motor starters and controls and electronic circuit boards Ability to navigate around HMI and VFD programs Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventative maintenance and safety protocols. Familiarity with industrial machinery, tools, and equipment commonly used in manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
