Flexible weekday hours About the Role Ingeniven is seeking a manufacturing technician to assist with hands-on production work. This position is well-suited for someone looking for daytime, school-hour-friendly work in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required. We will train the right person. Weekdays only Flexible start and end times Hours can be adjusted around school drop-off and pick-up. Responsibilities Light manufacturing and assembly work Heat sealing and cutting plastic components Visual and basic dimensional inspection Labeling, packaging, and preparing parts for shipment Keeping work area clean and organized Following written work instructions Requirements Reliable and consistent availability during agreed-upon hours Good attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working on your feet for portions of the shift Willingness to learn simple manufacturing processes Preferred (Not Required) Assembly or manufacturing experience Experience in a quality-focused environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Predictable, daytime-only schedule No nights or weekends How to Apply Apply through Indeed with a resume or brief work history.
