Process Technician -

Extrusion Blow Molding Location:

Las Vegas, NV Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to support extrusion blow molding operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the performance, quality, efficiency, and reliability of production equipment. The Process Technician will monitor production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, optimize machine performance, and ensure products consistently meet established quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor critical process parameters to ensure assigned equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Troubleshoot and resolve extrusion blow molding process and equipment issues. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve cycle times, efficiency, product quality, and overall equipment performance. Ensure finished products consistently meet established quality specifications. Verify that required raw materials are available and free from defects before processing. Identify and communicate process inconsistencies between production shifts. Develop and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to molds and molding equipment. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and working condition of assigned machines, tools, and work areas. Assist the Production Manager with training and developing Machine Operators. Follow all company safety procedures, environmental policies, and OSHA requirements. Complete required production, quality, and equipment documentation. Qualifications Minimum of three years of extrusion blow molding experience required. Strong knowledge of extrusion blow molding processes, equipment, and troubleshooting. Ability to adjust and optimize machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Experience with toolmaking, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or electronic systems is preferred. Experience training or mentoring production or technical employees is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Flexible availability based on production and operational requirements. Regularly required to reach, climb, balance, and use hands to operate tools and equipment. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Sufficient close vision to inspect products, molds, and production equipment. Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
