NOTE:

- Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, reduce scrap, and maximize equipment performance
- Analyze process conditions, identify root causes of production issues, and implement corrective actions while supporting daily manufacturing objectives
- Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to support equipment startups, process improvements, operator training, and continuous improvement initiatives The Detail
- $28/hour, potential monthly bonus, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits, company-paid travel, and structured training
- Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts; one week of onsite training followed by approximately 12 weeks of company-paid travel training, typically departing Monday and returning Friday
- 3+ years of process technician, plastics manufacturing, blow molding, molding, or related industrial experience preferred; experience troubleshooting production processes, reducing scrap, and optimizing manufacturing performance is highly desirable
Pay:
From $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0- 45.
