Job Description

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting the production and packaging of consumer cannabis goods with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a commitment to quality standards. The position involves extended periods of sitting or standing, repetitive motions, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred. Produce consumer packaged goods with speed, efficiency, and accuracy. Operate small machinery to support the production process. Assemble materials and equipment as required. Perform repetitive motions (e.g., labeling, packaging, machine operation). Perform product inspections to support quality control standards. Package and label raw materials; examine for defects to ensure quality standards are met. Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 40 lbs as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and timely completion of tasks. Must be at least 21 years of age (per cannabis compliance requirements). Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred. Familiarity with production equipment and packaging machinery. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; reasonable accommodations available. Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Basic mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and comfort with math and computer systems. Ability to contribute positively to team culture and maintain a professional attitude.
