Full Job Description Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Beverage Supervisor and the direction of Canning Line Lead, this position will perform all duties related to canning line operations, changeover, and some corrective maintenance.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
(Additional duties may be assigned Supervisor or Lead) Responsible for safely operating the canning line while adhering to the CGMP, SQF and organic certification policies of GenV Labs. Operates the canning line and ensures all quality control check points and standards are met. Follow and observe all safety rules and regulations. Conduct Quality Control inspections on all packaging, escalating errors to Team Leads. Support the team in can line change overs including adjusting equipment and installing change over parts. Understand machine setpoints and limitations. Utilize hand tools to perform maintenance and changeover tasks. Make production adjustments to all equipment as necessary. Perform cleaning of respective machine center including floors. Properly fill out all canning logs and checklists. Work well with coworkers on the canning line and other departments. Identify issues quickly and escalate to Team Lead to keep production on schedule. Follow all GVL policies and procedures. Variable schedule may include staying late and/or working weekends as needed to achieve production goals.Minimum Qualification Standards:
High School diploma preferred. Manufacturing knowledge and/or experience preferred. Two (2) years bottling/canning line experience preferred. One (1) year experience working in line manufacturing preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered. Use of personal computer is not required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong work ethic & reliability Strong oral communication skills to interact with co-workers in a professional and helpful manner. Ability to work productively in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.Equipment, Machines and Software Used:
This position does not require the use of a computer.Physical Exertion:
Medium work - Ability to exert up to 50 pounds frequently, 100 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly. A negligible amount of force is constantly required to move objects. Ability to stand and work on a concrete floor for 10+ hour shift.Environmental Conditions:

With exposure to temperature changes (e.g., unheated or uncooled warehouse).Mental Requirements:
- Light mental and visual attention to set up, regulate, or adjust simple machines or processes where there is some variety, but actions taken, and decisions made are limited to few possibilities.
