This is a full-time, first-shift position operating automated bagging equipment used to package mulch, topsoil, and other landscape products. No prior bagging line or manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Responsibilities Operate and monitor Hamer automated bagging equipment and robotic palletizing systems Set up and adjust machinery to maintain efficient production Perform quality checks to verify product weight, appearance, and packaging standards Safely operate a forklift indoors and outdoors to move materials and finished products Identify and report equipment issues and production concerns Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Manufacturing, production, machine operator, or bagging equipment experience is a plus, but not required Forklift experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
