REPORTS TO

Department Supervisor Summary:

Performs production operations such as running presses, spirals and packing, feeding blanks and rewinding coil. Visually inspects product for defects along with using various required gauges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical duties may include some or all of the following: Checking product quality and identifying non-conforming products. Maintains production flow by efficiently operating equipment to produce and packaging products. Responsible for shutting down machines when a quality issue is detected and immediately seeks out assistance from set-up mechanic, quality inspector, or supervisor. Maintains a clean area for efficient and safe work environment. May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Ability to follow directions and read and understand written instructions. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
