About the Role As a Production Line Technician, you will play a vital role in our beverage manufacturing process by ensuring the efficiency and quality of our bottling, canning, and kegging operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of product integrity while operating complex machinery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Operate and manage various stations on the production line, including executing equipment setups, tear-downs, and efficient product changeovers according to standard operating procedures. Maximize line uptime by proactively monitoring for malfunctions, resolving machine jams, and performing routine inspections to ensure precise labeling, capping, and sealing. Maintain a sanitary production environment by performing intensive chemical cleaning, ensuring full compliance with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Support inventory flow by moving finished goods and staging raw materials for upcoming production runs. Document production data accurately by maintaining detailed logs and batch tickets to ensure traceability and quality control. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all workplace safety protocols and utilizing provided personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated ability to interpret technical operating manuals and safety documentation. Proven capacity to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods in an active manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards under production pressure. Basic proficiency in material handling and inventory support tasks. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or production facility. A strong aptitude for learning new machinery and technical processes. Experience with chemical handling or industrial sanitation procedures.
