About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our production team, ensuring the seamless operation of automated equipment and complex machinery. Your expertise in mechanical systems and diagnostic troubleshooting will directly impact our output efficiency and maintain the high standards of our production facility. Responsibilities Manage the daily operation of computer-controlled automated equipment to meet production targets. Execute precise CNC machine setups and changeovers to support diverse manufacturing requirements. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and safety inspections on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Utilize overhead cranes and heavy material handling equipment to safely transport components. Analyze equipment performance data to proactively troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing instructions and improve process reliability. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience operating industrial, computer-controlled manufacturing equipment. Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics. Ability to operate forklifts and heavy lifting machinery safely. Strong commitment to teamwork and effective communication within a technical environment. Preferred Skills Associate degree or specialized technical training certificate. Prior experience in plastics processing or composite manufacturing environments. Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems and component repair. Familiarity with extrusion machinery and overhead crane operations.
