Full-Time Build Landmark Facades with Us Join New Hudson Facades, where advanced manufacturing meets world-class architecture. Our team fabricates high-quality façade components for major projects, and we're growing our third-shift operation with reliable, mechanically inclined technicians. Role Snapshot Operate and set up production machinery to meet exacting standards Load materials and parts; stage work per blueprints and instructions Continuously monitor equipment and make setting adjustments Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Read/follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications Identify and report quality issues; escalate equipment concerns Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Document production counts and quality outcomes Maintain a safe, clean, and organized cell Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to hit production goals Qualifications Experience in machine operation, machining, fabrication, CNC, or similar manufacturing (preferred) Mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn—training provided on our equipment and processes Comfort with basic math and computers Ability to read measurements and follow written procedures Detail-oriented with reliable third-shift attendance Safety-first mindset and effective teamwork High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods; repetitive motions Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds Overtime or weekend work as needed Why NHF Innovative façade systems used on high-profile builds Team-centered culture with clear quality and safety standards Hands-on training to advance your technical skills Equal Opportunity New Hudson Facades is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
