Core responsibilities Assemble components to specification, ensuring repeatable quality with every unit. Use hand tools and equipment safely; follow operating procedures at all times. Verify finished products through visual and dimensional checks against company standards. Maintain 5S habits—orderliness, cleanliness, and readiness at your station. Collaborate with peers to meet daily/weekly production schedules. Communicate problems, nonconformances, or material issues to a supervisor promptly. Participate in training and upskilling as directed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong focus on detail; can follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Ability to keep pace in a high-output environment and meet production goals. Basic mechanical know-how and proficiency with hand tools. Effective communicator and team contributor. Availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime when needed.
