$30-$35 HOURLY Maintenance Technician Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete assigned maintenance requests. Perform basic facility repairs, including drywall, painting, lighting, and plumbing/compressed air systems. Conduct safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area. Support inventory of maintenance parts and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Basic electrical, plumbing, and compressed air knowledge; welding is a plus. Experience with preventive maintenance, Lean/5S, and root cause analysis preferred. High school diploma or GED required. #IND2
