Requirements Set up, operate, and troubleshoot folder gluer equipment and related finishing machinery. Configure machines according to production specifications and work orders. Monitor production runs to ensure quality, efficiency, and output goals are met. Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and operational performance. Inspect finished products for accuracy, appearance, and compliance with customer specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and safety inspections. Coordinate workflow and assist production team members throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Identify and resolve mechanical or production issues to minimize downtime. Job Duties 1+ years of previous experience operating folder gluer, bindery, finishing, packaging, or related production equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret work orders, production instructions, and technical specifications. Experience making precise machine adjustments and quality control checks. Knowledge of various paper stocks, packaging materials, and production processes is preferred. Ability to perform measurements, calculations, and machine setups accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
