Job Description:
A leading manufacturing company in Two Rivers is hiring a Production Tech for 1st shift. The role involves operating machining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. This Temp to Perm position offers a collaborative environment focused on precision machining and production efficiency.
Production Tech Responsibilities:
Operate machining tools and handle components following established manufacturing techniques. Maintain accurate part counts and document production activities precisely. Perform quality inspections using gauges and visual checks during production runs. Read and interpret job routings and blueprints to ensure correct assembly and machining. Complete required forms, labels, and records while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
Production Tech Qualifications:
Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred; entry-level considered. Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Basic computer skills helpful for reporting labor, scrap, and rework. Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to maintain a clean, organized work area. Capable of lifting up to approximately 40 lbs continuously and performing repetitive tasks.
