Job Description:

We're partnering with our client, a manufacturing company, to find a dedicated Production Tech - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI) who will support production operations. This role offers a Temp to Perm opportunity in a high-precision machining environment located in Two Rivers, WI. The position involves operating machinery, handling parts, and ensuring quality standards are met. Production Tech - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI)

Responsibilities:

Operate machining equipment to produce parts according to production schedules and procedures. Perform quality checks using gauges and visual inspections during production runs. Maintain accurate documentation of parts, materials, and production activities. Handle parts and materials, including deburring, cleaning, and packing per instructions. Support machine maintenance and perform repetitive tasks as needed to meet production goals. Production Tech - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI)

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred, entry-level considered. Ability to work independently with strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and focused on quality. Basic computer skills helpful for reporting and documentation tasks. Physical ability to lift up to approximately 40 lbs continuously and perform frequent bending, standing, and manual handling.
