Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all repairs and services meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Execute automotive repairs including but not limited to powertrain, transmissions, and electrical systems. Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive systems. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Skills Proficient in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and procedures. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, including wiring diagrams and schematics. Skills in diesel engine repair and welding are advantageous. Previous service technician experience is highly valued. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
