About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support 3rd shift production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift:

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime required Weekend support as needed Key Responsibilities Support production operations to maximize uptime and productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Robotic welding systems Manual welding processes Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Work closely with operators, maintenance teams, and production staff. Train operators on equipment, processes, and best practices. Implement and improve manufacturing processes. Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions. Participate in continuous improvement and engineering projects. Coordinate with suppliers and support teams to resolve production challenges. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Experience with manual and robotic welding systems. Strong troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments. Ability to support production in a hands-on role. Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and communication skills.

Proficiency with:

Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fanuc robotic welding systems. Experience supporting automated manufacturing processes.
