As an Engineer, you will be part of the NVH Development Department supporting vehicle performance and quality enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$70-$75/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Develop and integrate NVH performance attributes, including Thermal systems, Aeroacoustics (wind noise), and Airborne Noise. Identify and define the voice of the customer to ensure NVH content meets user expectations. Create vehicle-level requirements and collaborate on CAE and hardware plans. Conduct vehicle- and bench-level testing to assess and predict NVH performance on complete vehicles. Perform experimental test methods such as transfer path analysis to quantify and rank noise contributions. What's Needed? 4 to 6 years of automotive or related NVH development experience. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Excellent understanding of acoustics and vibration principles. Hands-on experience with vehicles, instrumentation, and data acquisition. Experience with acoustic and vibration test equipment and data analysis software (LMS, Test.
