Job Duties Design, prototype, and test fluid system components and accessories Create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks with proper GD&T Conduct engineering analysis, tolerance stack-ups, and validation testing Support manufacturing and shop-floor operations to ensure on-time delivery Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues Maintain BOMs, part numbers, and engineering documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, and production teams Provide technical support, product selection, and application guidance Assist with certifications and regulatory compliance (UL, CSA, CE, ATEX) Drive continuous improvement for manufacturability, reliability, and cost Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 2+ years of design engineering experience in fluid systems or pumps Proficiency with SolidWorks, GD&T, and tolerance analysis Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, machine design, and stress analysis Experience with CNC machining, metals, plastics, and manufacturing processes Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Hands-on engineering mindset with R D experience Effective communication and teamwork Preferred Experience with FEA, pressure vessel design (ASME), or fluid control systems Background in pump manufacturing or industrial equipment Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
