Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 40hrs per weekJob Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in designing and developing hardware for complex robotic systems Perform testing or assembly or troubleshooting or debugging of either mechanical or electro-mechanical prototypes or software and provide feedback to the appropriate teamMinimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in Bachelor's degree program inMechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred Qualifications:
3-6 months experience using solid-modeling CAD software (SolidWorks) 3-6 months experience and knowledge of electro-mechanical components 3-6 months ability to produce basic CAD drawings, blueprints and schematicsAdditional Job Standards:
Strong analytical ability capable of understanding complex systems with multiple variables Candidate must be a good team player and possess good organizational skills Must be able to clearly communicate technical ideas, both orally and in writing, to internal and external customers Experience with 3D printing is a plus Must have a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment Desire to take personal ownership of assigned tasks while working within a team on large projects Join Labcorp's 2027 Global Internship Program and take the first step toward a meaningful career in healthcare innovation!
