Role:
Join our company as a Mechanical Engineer / Designer and be a key player responsible for supporting AW Machinery's design, manufacturing, installation, and customer support operations. We're looking for a passionate engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to cutting-edge machinery solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical systems for various machinery applications. Conduct system evaluation and testing to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions. Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, sales, and management. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Prepare technical documentation and specifications for project deliverables. Implement safety standards and best practices in all engineering processes. Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in electrical controls.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, technical training or equivalent experience. 3-5+ years of experience in machinery design. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong understanding of mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Microsoft Office proficiency where applicable. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
