NDT Inspector Level II 1st Shift

• Warren, MI Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM up to $28/hour We are partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturing organization seeking an experienced
• NDT Inspector Level II
• to join their team. This is a direct hire, first-shift opportunity supporting inspection of aircraft components in a quality-driven environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform nondestructive testing using
• Radiography (RT)
• and
• Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI/PT)
• + Interpret X-ray film and evaluate inspection results per customer and industry standards + Process OEM and repair/overhaul hardware through FPI line + Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements + Perform process control checks and required NDT calibrations + Support continuous improvement of NDT methods, processes, and technologies + Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams + Provide guidance and support to other NDT technicians as needed •

Qualifications:

• + Associate degree in NDT or related field preferred + Minimum
• 4 years of experience
• as a certified Level II in NDT methods + Ability to obtain/maintain
• NAS 410 Level II certification
• in RT and PT + Strong knowledge of NDT theory, inspection methods, and procedures + Experience with aerospace components and manufacturing processes preferred + Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation + Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems + Must be able to pass required vision exam per NAS 410 + Must be authorized to work in the U.
