Job Description:

As a Transmission Rebuilder, you'll be responsible for the teardown, inspection, and rebuilding of automatic and manual transmissions for a wide range of vehicles. You'll work alongside a team of experienced technicians in a clean, well-equipped, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Disassemble and inspect transmission parts for wear or damage Clean and replace worn or damaged parts with precision Reassemble transmissions to manufacturer specifications Test rebuilt transmissions for proper performance Maintain accurate records of work performed Follow all safety and company policies Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a transmission rebuilder (or equivalent training) Strong understanding of automatic and manual transmission systems Ability to read technical manuals and schematics High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Own professional tools and equipment required ASE certification(s) a plus but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have current, hands-on experience with modern transmission systems and no significant gaps in relevant industry employment Why Join Us?
