3001585967-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support critical power generation and distribution projects in the Utilities & Energy sector. In this role, you will design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems for reliability, safety, and efficiency across generation, transmission, and distribution assets. Responsibilities include developing one-line diagrams, equipment specifications, protection and controls, and load studies; leading root-cause analysis; ensuring NERC, IEEE, NEC and utility compliance; managing vendors; mentoring junior engineers; and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative, sustainable energy solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities Design and analyze electrical power generation and distribution systems Develop one-line diagrams, equipment specs, and protection and control schemes Perform load flow, short-circuit, and coordination studies Ensure compliance with NERC, IEEE, NEC, and utility standards Lead root-cause analysis and implement reliability improvements Support project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling Coordinate with operations, construction, and vendors Review and approve engineering drawings and calculations Mentor and guide junior engineers Contribute to innovation and sustainability initiatives Required Skills Power systems design Protective relaying and controls Load flow and short-circuit analysis Auto CAD or similar CAD tools ETAP/SKM/PSS/E or similar tools Knowledge of
