Job Description
Job Description Own BESS modeling, model validation, and grid-code compliance support for Chile projects and advanced applications including data centers. Develop, review, test, document, and defend EMT, RMS, steady-state, and PPC model packages with inverter OEMs, modeling firms, grid operators, utilities, and internal Fluence teams. This is a hands-on modeling and grid-integration role. The person must perform modeling work, communicate findings clearly, and actively pull support from OEMs, modeling firms, controls teams, and project teams to keep studies and compliance work moving. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Controls, or related field 2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in EMT (PSCAD/EMTP) and/or RMS tools (PSS®E, PSLF, PowerFactory). 3. Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites in Chile, US, Latin America, UK 1. BESS Background 2. Experience using Jira or similar tools 3.
