Bachelor's degree in Engineering 2+ years of experience in design and development in an industrial environment Strong knowledge of product development processes, validation, and engineering change management Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Effective communicator with the ability to operate in a global, multicultural environment Preferred Experience Automotive or complex manufacturing environment Exposure to ERP systems and engineering BOM management Experience with lean, quality systems, or VAVE initiatives
Responsiblities:
