Job Description

Robotics Project Engineer - US (Role Overview) Primary Responsibilities Lead and support the execution of robotics projects across multiple US sites—including Puerto Rico—contributing to project planning, implementation, and successful delivery. Partner with cross‑functional site teams to define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with both technical requirements and business priorities. Build strong, trust‑based relationships with site teams, stakeholders, and vendors to anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and drive consistent project success across diverse environments, including highly regulated sectors such as Pharma and biotech. Communicate the value proposition of robotics initiatives, highlighting expected benefits in productivity, efficiency, safety, and—where applicable—regulatory compliance. Manage vendor and third‑party engagements, including selection, procurement, and ongoing performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of regulated industries when required. Provide hands‑on technical leadership to close capability gaps within project teams, supporting activities from requirements gathering through solution deployment and troubleshooting. Identify and evaluate opportunities for future robotics initiatives, leveraging best practices from industrial and regulated settings to build a long‑term automation roadmap (e.g., 2027+). Gather and synthesize feedback from each site to inform the organization's robotics and automation strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals and compliance expectations.
