Job Description
Overview As an AI Robotics Support Associate, you will provide frontline technical and operational support for our AI-powered automation systems and warehouse robotics. You will work closely with IT and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operation, timely troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization of our intelligent logistics systems. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a computer science or tech background looking to gain hands-on experience in applied AI and warehouse automation. Responsibilities Provide technical support for AI and robotics systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise Document and report on issues and solutions for continuous improvement Monitor the performance of AI-powered automation and robotics systems (e.g., AMRs, conveyors, sorters, RPA tools) Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of robotic systems in warehouse environments Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and robotics principles Hands-on experience with electronics and hardware troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and be hands-on with equipment Preferred Requirements Experience with specific AI or robotic applications Skills Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities AI & Robotics Support Associate Unis, LLC Overview As an AI Robotics Support Associate, you will provide frontline technical and operational support for our AI-powered automation systems and warehouse robotics.
