The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar design, installation, maintenance, and quality inspections. Responsibilities Review operating system designs and PV production models such as PVsyst and HelioScope. Conduct site audits and evaluate structural, electrical, equipment, and installation conditions. Analyze system data and troubleshoot existing or potential issues. Read and interpret low- and medium-voltage plans, wiring diagrams, and control diagrams. Perform thermal imaging and insulation resistance testing and complete commissioning reports. Evaluate central/string inverters, DAS, and communication systems. Coordinate with engineering and inspection partners and support commissioning activities. Requirements Field experience in solar quality, construction, operations, or inspection. Strong understanding of PV electrical systems and LV/MV infrastructure. Experience with DAS and communications networks. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar tools. Clean driving record and willingness to travel up to 75%. Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
