Selects data needed to create maps, including photos, aerial photos and satellite information, and helps produce and update maps that show boundaries or topographical information.

Our projects include private residential/commercial land development, heavy civil/vertical construction, public design, and utility engineering. Position Responsibilities
  • Create project scope of work for field and office staff
  • Read and interpret field notes and data files
  • Run compliance checks on field data
  • Import and organize field data into Civil 3D and/or Microstation
  • Draft and label surveys for engineering design
  • Understand the State of Florida Standards of Practice, ensure survey meet all requirements
  • Read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
  • Calculate construction layout data for field
  • QA/QC
  • Understand as-built submittal requirements
  • Client correspondence Required Skills
  • Proficient in the following programs: o Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Microstation o Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Communication
  • Organization
  • Time management
  • Problem solving/trouble shooting Work Hours/Location You will report to our office in Tampa, FL, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Overtime and weekend work available based on daily needs, but not required. Benefits
  • 10 days PTO a year. PTO increases based on company policy.

  • $20 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
